Sonnedix has acquired two renewable energy projects in Portugal, taking its total capacity in the country to almost 500MW. Once complete, the two ready-to-build solar and battery energy storage projects will generate nearly 120,000MWh of clean electricity annually. Tesla Automation GmbH, a subsidiary of U.S. electric vehicle giant Tesla Inc., has signed a deal to acquire key assets of insolvent German automation systems supplier Manz AG. The Local Court of Stuttgart opened insolvency proceedings about the assets of Manz AG on Monday.
