Nordic Investment Bank (NIB), Luminor Bank and Nord/LB have agreed to co-finance a 148MW solar farm in Latvia, which will be one of the largest in the country when built. The banks’ overall financing for the project, in Ventspils, amounts to €68m. European Energy subsidiary Stelo Orienta is constructing the solar farm which is expected to be fully grid-connected in Q1 of 2026. Commercial operations will start in the first half of 2026. Announced on Wednesday, the streaming platform said the pilot programme will allow viewers to watch titles that previously did not have dubbing available in select countries and regions.
